SOLON, OH – January 27, 2021 – RMGT, manufacturer of the leading 8-UP sheetfed offset press in North America, will sponsor a personalized RMGT 970 Virtual Demo Program highlighting the new 8-UP+ RMGT 970 offset press. The virtual press demonstration was first presented at the PRINTING United Digital Experience, and printers who are striving for higher profitability are invited see for themselves why the RMGT 9 Series offers the highest and fastest return on investment in the industry.

Printers who register will be able to view the virtual press demonstration in their facility or remotely, regardless of their physical location. This Virtual Press Demo Program marks the North American debut of the new 8-UP+ RMGT 970 and will be conducted by the four authorized sales and service centers for RMGT in North America.

The highlight of the RMGT 970 Virtual Press Demo Program will be to view an actual demonstration of the new 8-color RMGT 970 long perfector offset press. “Using a series of unique, consecutive print jobs, the RMGT 970 Virtual Demo will show a complete make-ready, printing 250 color accurate 8-up sheets completely dried and ready to move to bindery, using just one press operator, in under four minutes,” says Chris Manley, President, Graphco. “While widely recognized as having a great advantage in longer press runs, a key feature of the virtual demo will be to demonstrate the advantage of offset printing over digital in short-run print jobs.”

The RMGT 970 Virtual Press Demo Program will be presented by the distribution channel for RMGT in North America. G.E. Richards will host the events in the Northeast US. In the Midwest and Southeast region of the US, Graphco will be the host. Printers in the Western US will have presentations by Print & Finishing Solutions. RM Machinery will present to Canadian printers as well as legacy Mitsubishi customers in the US.
